This website is operated by SKN & CO, a business providing beauty products and services related to lash and brow care in the United Kingdom

 

.2. Services and Products

We offer beauty products for purchase and provide paid beauty services, including consultations and in-person treatments. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

3. Eligibility

Our website and services are intended for users who are 18 years or older. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

4. Booking and Payment

All appointments for beauty services must be booked through our website or directly via contact methods provided. Payment for services and products must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking.Prices are listed in GBP (£).

DEPOSITS:

 50% deposit must be made to secure your appointment. If we haven't received payment after 24hrs, your appointment maybe given to someone else., unless agreed otherwise. Payments details will be sent to you in a confirmation email. 

 

PATCH TESTS: Patch tests need to be booked online for new clients (even if you have had this treatment elsewhere) or new treatments for the following treatments: LVL Lashlift, Lash Extentions, Lash or Brow tint, Brow Lamination, more than 48hrs prior to your appointment. I will not be able to do walk in's for patch tests, as we maybe with clients.  Patch Tests cannot guarantee that you won't have a reaction on the day.  

 

ARRIVE ON TIME: we pride ourselves on delivering the best treatment possible. To ensure we can provide a thorough and unrushed experience, we start each session with a chat to understand your needs and tailor the treatment accordingly.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment. This policy is in place because being short on time can significantly compromise the quality of our service. 

 

PRE-TREATMENT PREPARATION: Please arrive at your lash appointment with clean, mascara free lashes and oil free. Please do not curl your lashes on the day of your treatment

**No children or dogs are allowed in the salon upstairs due to  health & safety reasons 

 

**No refunds are given on allergic reactions.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We do understand that circumstances change, but please give us more than 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule, this gives us enough time to offer the appointment time to another client. Cancellations OR no shows, less than 48hrs notice, will result in a 50% charge of the appointment booked.

 Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If we feel that the product has been tampered in anyway, we have the right not to refund.  

 

6. Personal Information & Privacy

We collect personal information (such as name, email, phone number) for booking and communication purposes. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.7. You agree not to:Use the site in any way that causes damage or affects other users' access.Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information, we do not guarantee that our site will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our site or services.
